We explain you below the purposes for which MEDIAPRODUCCIÓN, S.L.U., SA DAMM, Miguel Torres, SA and PEPSICO FOODS, A.I.E. shall process the personal data collected through the initiative HORECA CHALLANGE, as well as the third parties to whom the data may be shared, under what conditions and how to exercise the rights.
I. DATA CONTROLLERS
The data controllers will be:
On one side, MEDIAPRODUCCIÓN, S.L.U. with CIF B-60188752 and registered address at Avda. Diagonal, Num.177-183, 08018, Barcelona (hereinafter “MEDIAPRO”).
On the other side, SA DAMM with CIF A08000820 and registered address at calle Rosselló, 515, 08025 Barcelona (hereinafter “SA DAMM”).
On the other side, Miguel Torres, SA (hereinafter “Familia Torres”).
On the other side, PEPSICO FOODS, A.I.E. with CIF V-01477355 and registered address at Avenida de los Olmos 2, 01013 Vitoria (hereinafter “PEPSICO”).
Collectively, “joint controllers” or “the Parties”.
II. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING, CATEGORIES OF DATA AND DATA RETENTION
The parties shall process the data for the purpose of managing the participation in “HORECA CHALLENGE” and further developing of winning solutions.
For the purposes described in the previous section, the Parties shall mainly process data of identifying or professional nature, such as name and surname, user name or e-mail address.
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to comply with legal obligations and attend to possible liabilities that may arise from the fulfillment of the above purposes.
III. DATA RECIPIENTS AND SOURCE OF DATA
MEDIAPRO informs that may communicate such data to:
- Companies belonging to Mediapro Group including those available on the following websites: http://entidades.imagina-media.com\, mediapro.tv
These third parties may be located in countries that do not offer a similar level of data protection as in the European Union including but not limited to: United States, Colombia, Chile, Singapore, China, Mexico o Brazil.
SA DAMM shall not carry out any international transfers.
PEPSICO may communicate such data across other companies of Pepsico group in Spain.
Furthermore, the Parties may communicate the personal data to tax authorities, public bodies and other competent authorities.
On the other hand, the personal data processed will come from the data subjects themselves, who will include them in the proposals they make through the F6S platform.
IV. LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legitimacy of IMAGINA MEDIA to carry out the processing of data is the consent of the data subject.
V. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The Parties have appointed the Data Protection Officer of MEDIAPRODUCCIÓN, S.L.U. as the contact point for privacy matters. The Data Protection Officer of Mediapro Group may be contacted and request access to their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request their deletion when the data is no longer necessary and, where appropriate, request restriction of data processing, portability or the right to object at Av. Diagonal 177-183, 08018, Barcelona or via email address: dpd@mediapro.tv (this email address is only appropriated for data protection inquires), with the reference “Data Protection”, indicating the request. Notwithstanding, requests that are particularly unfounded or excessive may be rejected. In addition, the data subject may file a complaint before the supervisory authority by virtue of the country in which the data subject resides and, in particular, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
